1. Position Fence: Move the table saw fence until half of it covers the router table insert.
2. Mark Center Points: Mark center points on the insert and support board.
3. Remove Fence Face: Unscrew the fence face and remove it carefully.
4. Attach Support Board: Place the support board on the fence face, clamp them together, and transfer the screw hole locations.
5. Drill Holes: Drill pilot holes in the support board using a 3/16" bit, then countersink them using a 3/8" bit.
6. Reattach Fence: Reattach the fence face using the screws on each end and the included screws.

1. Determine Thickness: Decide on the main fence thickness based on your routing needs (consider multiple sizes).
2. Cut Main Fence: Cut the main fence pieces to the desired length.
3. Position and Clamp: Place the main fence pieces on each side of the support board and clamp them in place.
4. Pre-Drill and Countersink: Pre-drill and countersink holes in the main fence pieces.
5. Attach to Support Board: Connect the main fence pieces to the support board using screws.

2. Install Guard: Place the guard directly over the table insert and screw it to the main fence pieces.
