G0774 Setup Overview

Infeed Fence and Striker Plate

• Adjust the infeed fence to ensure the board is securely positioned.
• Position the striker plate approximately 0.5mm from the spindle.
• Adjust the striker plate using the 10mm bolt and 3mm cap screw.

Pressure Rollers and Edge Banding Tape

• Engage the pressure roller by applying pressure to the board.
• Ensure the board aligns with the infeed fence, striker plate, pressure roller, and secondary roller.
• Insert a small piece of edge banding tape into the infeed stop, rotate the handle towards the tape, and lock the handle.
• Adjust the infeed guides to support the edge banding tape without restricting its movement.
• Release the nylon feed roller to allow smooth tape feed.
• Adjust the seat assembly to lightly support the edge banding tape.

Flush Trimmers and Panel Feeder

• Measure the thickness of the edge banding tape and set the dial indicators on the flush trimmers accordingly.
• Measure the thickness of the board and adjust the panel feeder height using the dial indicator and crank handle.
• Ensure the board is centered on the edge banding tape.
