General Warehouse Sale Questions
What kind of items do you sell at the warehouse sale?
We sell scratch-and-dent, freight damaged, returned items, open box and samples in the warehouse. We also offer special event only prices on new items in our Showroom.
Is there a preview of what machines will be in the warehouse sale and how soon before the sale?
We offer a snap shot of our as is inventory on the main Warehouse Event web page. Click here to visit that page. Items move quickly and inventory changes frequently. There is no way to guarantee the item will be available when you come into the store. Please visit our Facebook page for additional information.
Can I contact Grizzly to find out what kind of items you have at the warehouse sale or how much the prices will be ahead of time?
To be fair to all customers, no information regarding available warehouse sale items is given to customers ahead of time other than through the Warehouse Event page.
Are Scratch & Dent items sold prior to the warehouse sale to customers?
Throughout the year we will select specific scratch & dent items to be sold through our showrooms. Our Missouri and Washington showrooms have an outlet area specifically set aside for scratch & dent item sales throughout the year.
How early should I get to the warehouse sale?
As early as possible to get the item(s) you are interested in purchasing. We often have a large customer turnout for our warehouse events and product(s) move quickly.
What are the hours of the warehouse sale?
The hours during our Warehouse Event are between 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Are there hotels nearby?
Yes, there are many hotels nearby.
Where is the parking located and is there a shuttle?
Parking in Missouri is available on the showroom side of the building. We also have a warehouse across the street from our showroom that can be utilized for parking if needed. We do not currently provide a shuttle.
Parking in Washington is available at our main warehouse at 1821 Valencia Street.
Scratch & Dent Item Questions
Are the Scratch & Dent items available for online purchase?
Scratch & Dent items are not listed online and can only be purchased at our Springfield, MO and Bellingham, WA locations.
How do I know what is wrong with a Scratch & Dent item?
Small items will have a small tag on them with a brief description of the condition of the item. Larger items will have a condition label detailing if any parts are missing and more specific information of the condition of the item.

Do the Scratch & Dent items you sell at the warehouse sale come with a warranty?
Unless an item is marked specifically that it comes with a warranty, all items are sold "As-Is" and do not come with a warranty.
Can Scratch & Dent items be returned?
Scratch & Dent items cannot be returned, which is why it is a good idea to be sure to look the item over carefully and read the tags describing the condition of the item.
For machines that are listed as new and come with a warranty, how do I make a warranty claim?
Please call us at 800-523-4777 to contact our Technical Service team to help troubleshoot and/or send out warranty parts if needed. Make sure to have your receipt, along with the serial number and the manufacture date of your machine when calling.
How do I purchase a scratch & dent item at the warehouse sale?
All items from the warehouse area must be paid for at the cashier station inside our showroom. Small items should be loaded in a shopping cart or carried with you to the cashier station. When purchasing a large machine, bring only the top copy of the two-part scratch & dent tag from the machine. The bottom copy must stay on the machine (see photos below). Once the item is paid for you, you will proceed to the pick up loading area You will be greeted by a warehouse staff member. Our warehouse team members will retrieve your as as items and load them into your vehicle.

Can I put a Scratch & Dent item on hold to pay for it later?
All scratch & dent items must be paid for the day of the warehouse sale and cannot be put on hold.
Can I purchase parts at the warehouse sale?
Yes. In Springfield, MO our Parts Department is open during the warehouse event hours. In Bellingham, WA parts orders can be placed on the day of the warehouse sale and shipped to your home or business. Parts are only available for in-store purchase at our Springfield location.
If I am going to purchase Scratch & Dent items and new items from the showroom do I need to make two separate purchases?
No, all scratch & dent item(s) and new item(s) may be purchased at the same time through our cashier stations inside the building. Our cashiers will create the order(s) necessary to complete your entire purchase.
How long do I have to pay for a Scratch & Dent item at the warehouse sale?
Small and large items can be paid for anytime during the warehouse sale as long as the item and tag remains in your possession.
What will happen if I do not pay for the item within two hours at the warehouse sale?
Please give the tag back to a sales associate. This will allow us to reattach and/or replace the machine with a new tag. This will provide an quicker opportunity for another customer to have the chance to purchase the item. Do not throw the tag away.
What forms of payment do you accept at the warehouse sale?
We accept cash (US currency only), US checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Grizzly gift certificates.
Can I purchase items tax exempt and what do I need to purchase them?
Yes, you can make tax-exempt purchases at our warehouse sales. You should bring your state documentation with you. Please note that you may also need to fill out state exemption forms when making your purchase.
Is the showroom open the day of the warehouse sale?
Yes, our showroom is open during the Warehouse Event sale. Our MO location is open 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Are there showroom specials the day of the warehouse sale?
Yes, there are many items on special during the Warehouse Event sale in our showrooms. These specials may or may not be advertised.
Item Pickup Questions
How do I pick up larger Scratch & Dent items the day of the warehouse sale?
You will proceed to the pick up loading area once you have paid for your scratch & dent item. The cashier will let you know what door to back up to and our warehouse staff will load the machine(s). You will be asked for your receipt to verify your purchase.
Can I pick up my Scratch & Dent items on a different day than the day of the warehouse sale?
No, scratch & dent items must be picked up the same day.
Can I have my Scratch & Dent items shipped?
No, scratch & dent items are pickup only and cannot be shipped.
Where do I pick up my items I purchased at the warehouse sale?
Any items that are small and light enough to fit into a shopping cart should be brought with you after purchase. All machinery and large items must be loaded through the scratch & dent loading doors and all new items must be loaded at the showroom pick up locations. There will be signs posted for each pickup area and any Grizzly staff member can assist if you are unsure.
