This article covers:
Return Policy
- You can return an item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
- We inspect all returned items upon receipt to verify their condition. Items returned for a refund or exchange need to be new, unused, and in the original packaging.
- For returns that aren’t due to defects, a 10% restocking fee applies, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs aren’t refundable, and we don’t cover packaging expenses.
- All returns require authorization, so you'll need to get one first. We’ll then send you a return label. Sending something back without authorization may cause your return to be refused or delayed.
- We’ll process your refund or exchange once we receive and inspect the item.
How do I start a return?
You can create a return for many items online. Please click HERE to use our Order Lookup tool to start a return or LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT and click "Return an Item" on the order page. Online returns cannot be processed for the following return types:
- Freight/shipping damage
- Name Brand items with a value greater than $100
- Non-returnable items such as books, videos, and plans.
- Purchases older than 30 days
Please create a ticket HERE if your return meets one of the four return types above or call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-523-4777.
I've started a return, what's next?
Once your return authorization is started, you'll need to package the item for return. Please pack the item adequately to prevent shipping damage. We are unable to reimburse packaging expenses.
Your return authorization is valid for 30 days, so you'll need to return it within that timeframe. Please reach out to Customer Service if you need more time.
Please ensure you've reviewed the return policy and you're familiar with any fees that may apply to your return.
If you're returning a freight item, the item will need to be fully covered, and we may require photos showing how it is packaged before we proceed. It should be packaged similarly to how it was originally received. We'll issue a return bill of lading for you to use to return the item to us. Please refer to the email with the bill of lading for more specific instructions and next steps, as these may vary based on the carrier and return reason.
If you're returning ground items, we'll have UPS email you a prepaid return label. The email you receive from UPS will be from pkginfo@ups.com and include a link that will provide you:
- A printable label
- A code that UPS can scan on your smartphone if you do not have a printer.
- A link for locating the UPS location nearest to you
To obtain the label, you will click on the yellow "Get Shipping Label" button located at the top of the email from UPS.
If you're returning an item from a US location outside of the lower 48 states, you'll need to label the item for return and purchase your own return shipping, as labels are not provided for these locations. Return shipping may be refunded if you're returning due to error, defect, or damage. You'll be provided a return shipping address when your return is created.
