After your return is delivered to the warehouse, allow 2–3 business days for inspection and processing, which may take up to 1 week during peak times. Refunds go to the original payment method; checks or wire payments receive a refund check. Return shipping reimbursements are by check unless noted. Gift Certificates may be offered. Refunds to canceled credit cards are processed to the original account and handled by the card issuer. Contact support if no update occurs after 7 business days.
What Happens After We Receive Your Return?
Repairs may require additional time if parts need to be ordered.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Amazon Payments).
For payments made by check, money order, or wire transfer, we’ll issue a refund check.
Return shipping reimbursements are also issued by check unless otherwise noted.
In some cases, we may offer a Gift Certificate for store credit.
All returns are subject to our return policy and require a return authorization. Please see What is your return policy and how do I start a return?
Checking Your Return Status
Once your return has been delivered, it will enter our processing queue. Returns are handled in the order received, and processing may take up to 1 week.
- If you are expecting a refund, it will be issued to your original form of payment. For payments made by check or bank wire, a refund check will be mailed and may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
- If you are expecting a replacement or exchange, a shipment confirmation email will automatically be sent to the billing email address once the new order ships.
If your return has been delivered and it has been more than 7 business days without an update, please reach out so we can assist.
What if My Credit Card Was Canceled Before the Refund?
For security and legal reasons, we are only able to issue refunds to the original form of payment used for the purchase. This is to ensure compliance with financial regulations, including anti-money laundering laws.
Even if your card has been canceled, the refund will still be processed to that account. Your credit card company will typically route the funds appropriately, either by transferring them to your new account or contacting you with further instructions.
