1. Unpack components: Remove the extension wing and mounting hardware from the packaging.
2. Gather tools: Have the necessary wrenches ready for tightening hardware.
3. Prepare hold downs: Unpack the included hold downs, consisting of a Z-shaped clamp, hold down knob, adjustment bolt, and jam nut.

4. Position hold downs: Insert three T-nuts into the T-slots of the table and attach the hold downs, loosening the hold down knob and adjustment bolt.
5. Prepare router: Remove the router motor from the housing and detach the base plate if applicable.
6. Center insert: Position the insert at the center of the table.
7. Place hold downs: Slide the hold downs into position, ensuring optimal placement in the T-slots.
8. Adjust hold downs: Reposition the hold downs for better leverage and consider the base thickness for proper jam nut placement.
9. Tighten hold downs: Securely tighten the hold down knobs and adjustment bolts without overtightening.
10. Add fourth hold down: Install the fourth hold down after adjusting for base thickness.
11. Recheck alignment: Verify that the router base remains centered on the insert.
12. Tighten hold downs: Fully tighten all hold down knobs and adjustment bolts.

13. Insert router: Place the router housing over the center of the insert.
14. Secure router: Tighten the hold down knobs to apply pressure without touching the table underside.
15. Lock in place: Tighten the adjustment bolts and jam nuts to secure the router base.

• Ensure the router base is oriented correctly for easy access to the on/off switch.
• Avoid tightening the adjustment bolt over the edge of the T-slot to prevent damage.
