We do not have authorized service centers or field technicians; however, we do offer repair services at both of our locations. For warranty repairs or for information on submitting a warranty claim, please click HERE. A repair authorization is required before sending or bringing a machine to us.
We cannot estimate the cost of repairs before we have received and inspected the machine. We will contact you with a quote for approval before proceeding with any repairs.
For non-warranty repairs, we charge a diagnostic fee of $50.00 an hour to determine what repairs and parts are needed. This fee will be waived if you choose to have us repair the item. The hourly rate for labor on repairs is $95.00, plus the cost of any parts. All repairs and diagnostics that take five minutes or less are done at no charge.
We process repairs in the order of receipt at our facility. This varies based on what we find when we examine the machine and whether parts are immediately available to repair it. All returns are processed in the order received at our location. If you bring your machine into one of our locations yourself, we can't promise it can be repaired the same day or while you wait.
Please remember that unless you bring the machine to one of our locations, you will need to crate up the machine to be shipped back to us. We do not provide the crate or reimburse packaging expenses. You will also be responsible for the shipping charges to and from our location.
