Every Grizzly, Shop Fox, and South Bend machine has a data plate (ID label) that lists the serial number and manufacture date.

• The plate is usually attached to the frame, base, or back of the machine.

• On smaller tools, it may be found on the motor housing or a side panel.

• The label is metal or heavy-duty sticker, and will say “Serial No.” or “S/N”.
