Grizzly allows order cancellations only if the order has not been processed for shipment and cannot be done online. Refunds vary by payment method. Grizzly reserves the right to cancel orders at any time for any reason.
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet. We do our best to accommodate these requests. We recommend checking the status of your order HERE before reaching out.
Cancellation Eligibility
- You may request a cancellation only if the order has not been processed for shipment.
- Once an order is in transit, it can no longer be canceled.
- You may still return eligible items according to our Return Policy. Please see “What is your return policy and how do I start a return?” for details.

How to Request a Cancellation
If your order hasn't shipped and you haven't contacted us yet, submit a cancellation request HERE. Orders cannot be altered or canceled online.
When contacting us or submitting the request, please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for cancellation
If you’ve already contacted us, there’s no need to submit an additional request. We’ll process the first request received, provided the order hasn’t shipped. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is complete or if the order can no longer be canceled.
Refunds Based on Payment Method
If your cancellation is successful, refunds are handled as follows:

Credit Card Payments
You are not charged until your order ships, so no refund is necessary if the order is canceled before shipment. -
Check or Bank Wire Payments
A refund check will be issued. -
Gift Certificate Payments
Funds will be returned to the original gift certificate when possible, or a new certificate will be issued and mailed to your billing address.
