You can cancel an unshipped order by contacting Customer Service via phone, email, chat, or a cancellation request form, providing your order number and reason. Orders cannot be altered or canceled online without contacting support. If the order has shipped, cancellation is not possible; instead, you may submit a return request. Confirmation will be emailed once cancellation is processed. Check your order status before requesting cancellation.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can request to cancel it by contacting us by phone, email, chat, or our cancellation request form.
If you’ve already contacted us using any of these methods, there’s no need to submit another request—we’ll process your existing request.
Please provide your order number and the reason for the cancellation.
Once your request is received, our team will review your order and cancel it—as long as it hasn’t already shipped. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is complete.
