Please note: Online orders cannot be altered or canceled without contacting our Customer Service Team. To request a cancellation, either call us directly or click HERE to submit a cancellation request form. Be sure to include your order number and reason for cancellation.
Once your request is submitted, our team will review your order and cancel it—as long as it hasn’t already shipped. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is complete.
If your order is already in transit, we cannot cancel it. You are welcome to submit a return request instead. Please see What is your return policy and how do I start a return?
