Grizzly reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. You may also request to cancel your order, as long as it has not been processed for shipment. Depending on your payment method, a refund may or may not be due:

• Credit Card Payments: You are not charged until your order ships, so no refund is needed if the order is canceled before shipment.

• Check or Bank Wire Payments: A refund check will be issued.

• Gift Certificate Payments: Funds will be returned to the original certificate when possible, or a new certificate will be issued.

You may also request to cancel your order HERE.  We will make every effort to cancel your order as long as it has not yet shipped. We will respond to your request to confirm whether or not your cancellation could be processed.
