Grizzly allows order cancellations anytime before shipment, either by their discretion or upon customer request via a cancellation form. Credit card payments are not charged until shipment, so no refund is needed if canceled early. Refunds for check, bank wire, or gift certificate payments will be issued accordingly. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned under the Return Policy.
Grizzly reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.
You may also request to cancel your order, as long as it has not been processed for shipment.
How to Request a Cancellation

- We will make every effort to cancel your order if it has not yet shipped.
- After reviewing your request, we’ll confirm whether the cancellation was successful.
Refunds Based on Payment Method
- Credit Card Payments:
You are not charged until your order ships, so no refund is needed if canceled before shipment. - Check or Bank Wire Payments:
A refund check will be issued. - Gift Certificate Payments:
Funds will be returned to the original certificate when possible, or a new certificate will be issued.
