You can return many items online. Please click HERE to use our Order Lookup tool to start a return. Returns can also be submitted by LOGGING IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT and clicking "Return an Item" on the order page. Online returns cannot be processed for the following return types:
- Freight/shipping damage
- Name Brand items with a value greater than $100
- Non-returnable items such as books, videos, and plans.
- Purchases older than 30 days
Please create a ticket HERE when your return meets once of the four return types above. Please note our return policy below:
- You may return an item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
- Items returned for a refund must be new, unused, and in the original packaging, and is subject to inspection.
- Please be aware that a 10% restocking fee, as well as return shipping and handling charges, will apply to all returns that are not due to defects.
- Your original outbound shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- All merchandise must be shipped to us using an authorized return label that we provide when setting up your return.
- We do not reimburse packaging expenses.
- Returns sent to us without prior authorization will cause a delay in processing.
- Refunds are processed upon reception and inspection of the returned product.
