You can create a return for many items online. Please click HERE to use our Order Lookup tool to start a return or LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT and click "Return an Item" on the order page. Online returns cannot be processed for the following return types:
- Freight/shipping damage
- Name Brand items with a value greater than $100
- Non-returnable items such as books, videos, and plans.
- Purchases older than 30 days
Please create a ticket HERE if your return meets one of the four return types above. Please note our return policy below:
- You can return an item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
- Returns are subject to inspection. Items returned for a refund or exchange need to be new, unused, and in the original packaging.
- For returns that aren’t due to defects, a 10% restocking fee applies, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs aren’t refundable, and we don’t cover packaging expenses.
- All returns require a return authorization, so you'll need to get an authorization first and we’ll send you a return label to use. Sending something back without authorization may cause your return to be refused or delayed.
- We’ll process your refund or exchange once we receive and inspect the item.
