We offer free standard shipping on most non-freight items when your merchandise total is $50 or more.
Exceptions to Free Shipping
Free shipping does not apply to:
- Orders shipping outside the lower 48 US states. Please refer to these articles for more details:
- Items labeled as "Special Shipping"
- Items labeled as "Special Shipping" are excluded from free shipping and instead carry flat-rate shipping fees based on their weight and size. These rates are fixed to maintain competitive pricing and cannot be waived or adjusted. Each item's shipping rate is shown on its product page and at checkout.
These items do not have shipping charges applied, but also do not count towards the free shipping minimum:
- Digital items (e.g., software, South Bend Serial Cards)
- Gift certificates
- Shipping accessorials (e.g., liftgate service)
Mixed Orders (Freight + Non-Freight)
If you order qualifying non-freight items along with freight items, the non-freight portion of your order will not incur an additional small-item shipping charge.
Small Item Shipping for Orders Under $50 (Non-Freight Items)
If your order of qualifying non-freight items is under $50, shipping charges apply as follows:

Freight Shipping Cost
Our flat-rate freight shipping costs are based on the average cost to ship each item. Unlike standard ground shipments, freight carriers use different pricing structures and often require specialized equipment to handle heavy or oversized items. For transparency, freight shipping details are provided on the product page of each qualifying item.
To help keep our product prices low and competitive, we’re unable to waive or modify freight charges. We understand this may be inconvenient and appreciate your understanding.

Orders shipping outside the lower 48 states (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and some areas in Canada) require a custom freight quote, as shipping rates vary significantly for those destinations.
