Non-freight items ship via UPS Standard.

Freight items ship via TForce Freight.

We do not ship to Canada via U.S. Mail or Canadian Post.
Customs Clearance
By placing an order, you authorize Grizzly Industrial, Inc. to appoint a Canadian Customs Broker to clear your merchandise.

UPS Standard shipments:
UPS will handle customs paperwork and collect brokerage fees, duties, and taxes (GST, HST, PST) upon delivery. -
TForce Freight shipments:
You must complete a Power of Attorney for Single Importation form and send it to us:-

Note: Your order cannot ship until we receive this form. Once submitted, UPS will contact you for payment of all applicable fees.

Minimum Order Requirements

A $50 minimum applies to Canadian orders.

This minimum is waived for parts needed to repair a machine.

Shipping Warranty Replacement Parts
We ship warranty replacement parts free of charge. Please see our WARRANTY PAGE for full details. This does not include "consumables" like sanding paper and blades. Brokerage fees are calculated based on the merchandise value of your order. Brokerage rates for personal shipments (those not delivering to a business) are as follows:

Free Brokerage Promotion – Limited Time
If you're ordering machinery with a catalog-listed freight charge, your order may qualify for Free Brokerage:

UPS will still charge you for brokerage up front.

We’ll discount your order total by the corresponding amount listed in our brokerage table.

For online orders, this discount will be manually applied and emailed to you by our Foreign Orders Department.
Example:
If your total is $250, we’ll apply a $42.15 discount for the brokerage fee.
