If your Grizzly-brand machine requires repair or you have a technical question, our trained Product Specialists can often guide you through minor repairs or adjustments by phone or email.
Before contacting us, please have (if available):
- Order number
- Machine’s serial number
- Manufacture date (from machine’s data plate)
We also offer repair services at both of our locations. We do not have field technicians to repair your machine onsite.
A repair authorization is required before sending or bringing in a machine. Please note that we only repair our items, and we are not an authorized repair center for other brands.
For warranty repairs, please see How Do I Submit a Warranty Claim?
Repair Costs
- Diagnostic fee: $50/hour (waived if we complete the repair)
- Labor rate: $95/hour + cost of parts
- Quick checks (under 5 minutes): Free
We cannot estimate costs until we inspect the machine. You'll receive a quote for approval before we begin any repairs.
Repair Timing & Drop-Offs
Repairs are handled in the order received. Turnaround depends on inspection results and parts availability. We’ll contact you with a quote after inspection and keep you updated on the status.
If you bring your machine in, we cannot guarantee same-day service.
Shipping & Crating
If shipping your machine, you'll need to crate it yourself. We do not provide crates or cover shipping/packaging costs.
Do you repair older South Bend machines?
