You can check your Grizzly.com order status by logging into your account or using the Order Inquiry Tool with your order number, billing ZIP code, and phone number. Shipping confirmation emails provide tracking links, invoices, and return options once your order ships.
We have a portal that allows you to view your order status, track your order, view and download invoices, and start a return. We offer multiple ways to access the portal. Read on for more details.
If You Have a Grizzly.com Account
- Go to Grizzly.com
- Click Your Account at the top of the page
- Select the order number you want to view
Your account page will show:
- Current order status
- Payment details
- Order total
- Shipping & billing addresses
- Items ordered
- Tracking information (once shipped)
If You Don't Have a Grizzly.com Account
Just enter:
- Your order number
- Billing ZIP code
- Billing phone number
You’ll be able to see the same basic status and tracking information.
Order or Shipping Confirmation Emails
If you ordered online, you'll automatically receive an order confirmation email when the order is placed. That email will include a link to view your order status, track your order, view and download invoices, and start a return.
If you provided an email address when ordering, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
That email includes:
- A link to track your shipment
- A link to view or download your invoice
- An option to start a return
