1. Gather tools: Collect a Phillips head screwdriver, tensioning tool, sandpaper, straightedge, knife, hammer, and flathead screwdriver.
2. Power off: Disconnect the sander from the power source.

3. Access drum: Lift the top cover and insert the tensioning tool to de-tension the sandpaper.
4. Release tension: Use a screwdriver to insert into the drum and rotate it to fully release tension.
5. Remove clips: Remove the sandpaper retaining clips using a flathead screwdriver.
6. Unwind sandpaper: Carefully unwind the old sandpaper.

7. Measure drum: Use the old sandpaper as a template or measure the drum circumference to determine the sandpaper length.
8. Cut sandpaper: Cut the new sandpaper to the required size using a straightedge and knife.

9. Insert sandpaper: Fold the sandpaper and insert one end into a clip, then seat the clip into the tension wheel.
10. Wrap sandpaper: Tightly wrap the sandpaper around the drum, ensuring no bubbles or overlaps.
11. Secure second end: Fold the remaining sandpaper end into the other clip and install the clip.
12. Apply tension: Remove the tensioning tool to allow the tension wheels to apply pressure.

13. Repeat for other drum: If necessary, repeat the process for the second drum.
14. Reassemble: Close the top cover and reconnect the sander to power.
