The billing name and address must match exactly with what’s on file with your card issuer. We may also require verification of the CID code.
We do not accept multiple credit cards on a single order, but you can use a combination of one credit card and Grizzly gift certificate(s).

We offer Affirm online during checkout, or you can Apply for Affirm HERE or text Grizzlyphone (case sensitive) to 58083 if ordering by phone. If approved, please call us with your virtual card details immediately—it’s only valid for 24 hours.

Check or Wire Transfer
To pay by check or wire transfer, please call our Order Desk at (800) 523-4777 to place your order. You may also mail your payment and order form to:

We cannot accept starter checks, cashier’s checks, or credit card–issued checks.*
Your check must have your name, address, and phone number printed on it. If your phone number isn’t printed, please write it directly on the check. Also, make sure to write your order number in the memo line so we can match your payment to your order.
We'll hold your order for 10 business days while we wait for your check to arrive. After we receive it, the processing time depends on your order total:
Under $20,000: If our check guarantee service can’t approve the check, we may need to hold it for up to 3 weeks to make sure the funds clear.
$20,000 or more: We can’t use our check guarantee service for larger orders, so it requires up to a 3-week hold. For these larger orders, we strongly recommend a bank wire transfer to avoid delays.
In either case, a check may also be held for up to 3 weeks if your phone number isn’t on it, or if a cashier’s check is sent.
Following these steps will help us process your payment as quickly as possible.
*Exception: Postal money orders are accepted and are not subject to the three week hold.
