When you place an order with a credit card, we first authorize the amount to ensure the funds are available. This shows up as a pending charge. Once your order ships, we then capture the funds.

Some banks may temporarily show both the authorization and the captured amount, which can look like you were charged twice. Rest assured, we only charge your card once. The original pending authorization will automatically be removed by your bank once they confirm the actual charge.
