To use a gift certificate, enter its 10-digit code and PIN at checkout, adding zeros if needed. A credit card is still required for any remaining balance. Gift certificates apply after order processing, cannot be combined with third-party payments, and only one can be used per order. To remove a gift certificate, click "Remove" in the order summary.
- Begin your order as usual and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
- Under the payment section, enter your gift certificate code and PIN. If you need help locating this information, click the blue question mark icons for guidance.
Note: Your gift certificate number must be 10 digits. If your number has fewer digits, simply add zeros to the beginning until it reaches 10 digits.
- Please note that a credit card is still required at checkout, even if your gift certificate covers the full amount. This ensures any remaining balance can be processed if needed.
- Your gift certificate will be applied after your order is uploaded and processed. If there is a remaining balance, it will be charged to the credit card on file.
Keep in mind:
- Gift certificates cannot be combined with third-party payment methods, such as Affirm or PayPal.
- Only one gift certificate may be used per online order. If you’d like to use multiple certificates, please contact our Contact Center for assistance.
