At times, a software update may be necessary for the handheld controller. Fortunately, this is a simple task. Before you perform the update, please check the 50-pin cable connections on the handheld controller and the control board (black box in the electrical cabinet) for security. Also, please verify all other wires are secure on the control board itself. Please follow the instructions below if the problem persists after checking those connections. These steps will update your software.

1. Save the appropriate file to your PC.

   2. G0932
2. Once saved, cut/paste it to a thumb drive.
3. Remove the USB drive from the PC and plug it into your handheld controller.
4. Hold the Origin/OK button while turning the power on to the machine.
5. Once the button has been held for a min of 3-5 seconds, a prompt will appear after you release the button.
6. When the prompt appears, please choose Update System ==> UDISK ==> then navigate to the saved file.
7. Press Origin/OK.
8. The system will update, and you’ll have to restart the machine.
9. When the handheld reboots, the language will display in Mandarin. To switch languages, follow these steps:
   1. Turn the machine ON.
   2. Press the Cancel button once.
   3. Now, select MENU
   4. Scroll down to the third option, and press Ok.
   5. Press Ok on the first option.
   6. Select English, and press Ok.
