Limited Warranty
Grizzly warrants every house brand product (Grizzly, Shop Fox, South Bend) it sells for a period of 1 year to the original purchaser from the date of purchase. Some machines are available with 2-, 3-, and 5-year options. This warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, repairs, improper wiring, alterations, lack of maintenance or consumable parts. This is Grizzly’s sole written warranty and any and all warranties that may be implied by law, including any merchantability or fitness, for any particular purpose, are hereby limited to the duration of this written warranty. We do not warrant or represent that our merchandise complies with the provisions of any laws, acts, or electrical codes. We do not reimburse for third party repairs, services, or any expenses related to moving machinery to and from carrier vehicles or residences. In no event shall Grizzly’s liability under this warranty exceed the purchase price paid for the product and any legal actions brought against Grizzly shall be tried in the State of Washington, County of Whatcom.
In the event a product is discontinued or unavailable, Grizzly Industrial may fulfill its warranty obligation by providing a comparable substitute product. If no substitute is reasonably available, Grizzly’s obligation shall be satisfied by refunding the original purchase price, consistent with the limitation of liability stated herein.

Manufacturer Warranty Notice
While most products are covered under Grizzly’s warranty above, some items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty instead.
Please Note: Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
In these cases, customers must contact the manufacturer directly or use a service center of their choosing as specified in the product’s warranty documentation.
Examples of these products include, but are not limited to: DeWalt, Next Wave Automation, Teknatool, Porter Cable, SawStop, and others. Always refer to the warranty documentation provided at the time of purchase for full details.
