- Billing and shipping addresses
- Contact name and purchasing contact information
- Product model or item numbers
- Requested quantities
- Accessories, tooling, dust collection, or safety equipment needed

You do not need to have a complete equipment list before contacting us. Our team can help you evaluate products and assemble a package based on your program’s needs.
Setting Up Credit Terms
Educational institutions that want to purchase using a purchase order or NET 30 payment terms must complete the Educational Institution Terms and Conditions of Sale. The current form and submission instructions are available HERE. For more details about our credit terms, please see Does Grizzly Offer Credit Terms to Schools & Businesses?
Publicly funded schools are automatically approved for NET 30 payment terms after the completed Terms and Conditions of Sale have been reviewed and accepted. The credit account must be activated before an order can be placed using payment terms.
Orders are invoiced as merchandise ships. If an order ships in multiple shipments, each shipment is invoiced separately.
Schools purchasing by credit card do not need to establish NET 30 payment terms.

Tax-Exempt Purchases
If your school is tax-exempt, valid exemption documentation must be submitted through our secure tax portal. Tax exemption certificates cannot be accepted by email.
Submit the documentation before placing your order whenever possible. Approval generally takes one to two business days.
Tax exemption is associated with the approved institution, email address, and shipping state or address. Additional documentation may be required when shipping to a state that is not already covered by the exemption.
See Does Grizzly honor tax-exempt purchases? for submission instructions and additional requirements.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and handling charges are calculated separately from product pricing and will be included on the quote or order.
Many machines require truck freight delivery. Review the delivery address and any special delivery needs with the School Program team before placing the order. Schools and other limited-access facilities may have additional freight requirements or charges. For more details regarding our freight delivery, please see How do I receive freight deliveries?
