We work hard to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day.

Shipping Timeframes

Freight Orders

• Orders placed before 10:30 AM Central Time, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same business day.

Non-Freight Orders

• Orders placed before 1:30 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, usually ship the same business day.

After your order ships, most deliveries arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the shipping method, destination, and carrier. Expedited shipping options may be available for eligible non-freight orders.

Please note: Freight shipments cannot be expedited once an order has been placed.

Non-Freight Shipments

Non-freight orders may ship using UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. We select the shipping method based on the size, weight, destination, and overall shipment to provide reliable delivery while helping keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible.

Freight Deliveries

Freight carriers will contact you to schedule delivery when required.

Please wait for the carrier to contact you before making delivery arrangements. We are unable to schedule freight deliveries on your behalf, and the estimated delivery dates shown in carrier tracking are often inaccurate for freight shipments.

Order Changes

If you request a change to your order after it has been placed, such as changing the shipping address, adding or removing items, or making other modifications, shipment may be delayed by 1 to 2 additional business days while we process the request.

Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
