The carriers we use to ship orders work very hard to deliver packages and freight in good condition. Sometimes, however, damage does occur.
Inspect all of your freight deliveries carefully and if you see any signs of damage to the packaging or to the item itself, note the condition on the delivery receipt before you sign for the shipment.
If your order arrives damaged, keep all the original packaging and report the damage to us right away by clicking here or by calling our Contact Center. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
