All the Grizzly brand items we sell are covered under warranty for one year from the original purchase date for the original buyer. Other name-brand items may come with different manufacturer warranties. Often our trained technicians are able to trouble-shoot problems with you over the phone.
If it becomes necessary to return an item that is not working properly, please call us at (800) 523-4777 to obtain a Return Authorization number. You may also request a return here. After we receive the item, our Service Department will inspect it to determine the cause of the problem. If our inspection confirms the item is defective and is still under warranty, we will either repair or replace it for you.
