Wrong Item Received
If you received an item you didn’t order, or the name on the package or packing slip doesn’t match yours, please contact us with the following details:
What we need from you:
- The model number and description of the item you received
- Whether you also received the items you originally ordered
- The name and address printed on the shipping label
- The name and address printed on the packing slip
- The best phone number to reach you
We will review the issue and follow up within 1–2 business days.
If the incorrect item is something you wish to keep, let us know and we can assist with that as well.
If you purchased through a dealer (such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Tractor Supply, or another retailer), please reach out to that dealer directly for assistance unless the shipment was fulfilled by us.
Missing Item
If an item is missing from your order and all packages have been delivered, we will be happy to investigate.

- How many boxes you received
- Any markings or labels on the boxes
- Whether all boxes were opened and packaging fully inspected
- If the packaging showed any damage or appeared re‑taped
- Whether any unexpected or extra items were included
