Online, select "Pickup At Store" during checkout and avoid using the showroom address as the shipping address. Replacement parts are only stocked at the Missouri showroom, not in Washington.

How to Place an Order for Pickup
- By Phone: Call us at (800) 523-4777.
- We’ll confirm availability during the call and can place your order so it’s ready when you arrive.
- Online:
- During checkout, select “Pickup At Store.”
- After placing your order, you’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
- Do not enter the showroom address as your shipping address—this may result in shipping charges and cause your order to ship instead of being held for pickup.
