Verify unrecognized charges against your Grizzly order history; Grizzly does not offer subscriptions, and charges usually appear as “GRIZZLY PHONE.” Report suspected fraud with available order and transaction details. Contact your card issuer immediately, never share full card information, change compromised account passwords, and report unauthorized orders promptly.
If you see a Grizzly order or charge that you do not recognize, please let us know as soon as possible so we can review it and take appropriate action.
Do You Recognize the Charge?
Before reporting a charge as a fraudulent Grizzly purchase, check whether it is associated with an actual Grizzly order.
Grizzly Industrial does not offer subscription-based purchases or recurring memberships. If you are seeing a recurring or subscription charge that you do not recognize, it's probably not be related to a Grizzly purchase. Our charges are usually listed as "GRIZZLY PHONE".
You can check your Grizzly order history or contact us to verify whether a charge is associated with an order from Grizzly.
What Information Do I Need to Provide?
When reporting a purchase you did not make, please provide as much of the following information as possible:
- Order number, if available
- Date of the transaction
- Amount charged
- Credit card type
- Last four digits of the card number
You can contact our Support team to report the charge.
What Should I Do About My Credit Card?
If you believe your credit card information has been compromised, contact your financial institution or card issuer immediately. They can help secure your account and determine whether additional action is needed.
Do not send your full credit card number, security code, or other sensitive payment information to us.
What If Someone Used My Grizzly.com Account?
If the fraudulent order was placed through your Grizzly.com account and the email address on the account belongs to you, change your Grizzly.com password immediately.
If you use the same password on other websites or accounts, change those passwords as well. We recommend using a unique password for each account.
If the email address associated with the order does not belong to you, your payment information may have been compromised. Contact your financial institution immediately and let us know when you report the fraudulent purchase.
What Happens After I Report It?
Our team will review the order and the information you provide. We may need to contact you for additional details while we investigate.
If you believe an order was placed without your authorization, please report it as soon as possible so we can begin reviewing it.
