Price Increases
We understand that price increases can be frustrating. There are many factors that go into the decision to change our prices. Rising transportation costs, material cost increases, and increased labor costs have made things tough for everyone. Even though we try to keep our prices stable, sometimes we have to make changes based on the current economic situation.
We work very hard to keep our prices low while maintaining the quality you expect. Many customers tell us they're grateful for our affordable, high-quality machines because it allows them to start their own business or equip full shops, not just one or two machines at a time. We'll keep doing our best to maintain our prices for as long as possible.
Price Matches
We do not price match name-brand items from other sites, prints, or other advertisements, for tools that we carry. We are required to list these items at the pricing that manufacturers have set for us. These items include DeWalt, Porter-Cable, Milwaukee, Next Wave Automation, Nova, and SawStop, among others.
We also do not match the pricing for any items, including Grizzly machines, advertised by our dealers. They are responsible for their own pricing. Our most current pricing and availability are shown on our website.
Price Errors
We do our best to get everything right, from our photos and prices to our specifications and descriptions. But sometimes mistakes happen. We reserve the right to make changes, adjust prices, and fix errors at any time.
Sale Pricing
What if a product or machine you just purchased goes on sale or is discounted? Good news! We offer a price protection policy for up to 14 days after you purchase Grizzly and Shop Fox branded products from us. Please click HERE to submit your request for the difference to be refunded to you.
What happens once a refund is approved?
You will be refunded once we have approved the request. This refund will include the price difference minus any coupons or additional discounts and will be applied to the original form of payment.
