We regret any delay in orders shipments. Grizzly is experiencing what most of the global shipping arena is.... lengthy delays and non-specific arrival dates from all of our carriers. Currently we have ships in the California bay just sitting there with our product on them and no date when the ships will enter port and be unloaded.
Additionally, there were vendor staffing shortages due to COVID ;and, now there are long delays while we wait for them to catch up. Also, perishable containers at the ports are taking first priority to further complicate the situation. Once the containers are offloaded, there often aren't enough trucks to pick up the containers and haul them to us so we wait again. Also, there is no transparency from the ports or trucking vendors so literally they just show up at our facility.
It has definitely been a challenge for all of us and unfortunately, our customers suffer. This is not meant to be an excuse but rather the hard reality. Again, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and hope that when you receive your order you enjoy your new purchase.
